Yesterday’s “Owl Cupcake Tree” after-school class was a success for third through fifth grade. The next session will be held today at O. H. Anderson Elementary School. Each student makes a pull-apart cake using twelve cupcakes arranged in the shape of a tree and decorated with buttercream. Fondant leaves and owls complete their culinary masterpieces.
Fall classes are still available for all ages. Until next Monday, November 11, families with elementary-age students can sign up for Anime and Manga Card Quest. Registration is open at Mahtomedi Eleyo
